We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, allowing you ample time to ensure your Daniel Wellington timepiece or accessory meets your expectations in pristine condition. All returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all protective seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt to track the progress of your refund.
